Book three, due late 2021, will be all about processes and productivity. How do you stay effective and deliver on your commitments, when your time is your own to manage and no-one is watching? We will look at everything from the apps and tech to the mindset and results-focus, which will pre-empt micromanagement, and help you carve out head space for concentration and deep work.
